2. Providing a valid e-mail address for www.orchardsquare.co.uk newsletter sign up between 2 October 2018 – 31 October 2018 is considered an entry into the competition.
3. Closing date: All entries must be received by 31.10.18
5. The prize will be £200 gift card for TKMaxx to be collected for Orchard Square Management
4. No cash alternatives will be offered. Promotions are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
6. A winners will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator from all correct and eligible entries received by the closing date.
7. If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the prize, or cannot be contacted within 72 hours of the first attempt to notify him/her, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
8. Winners may be required to partake in PR and marketing activities for Orchard Square Shopping Centre, Sheffield.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
